Mussoorie

Start your nearby excursions from Rishikesh to this beautiful hill station situated almost 77 kilometers away, Mussoorie is a place perfectly suited for honeymoon couples. The best attraction being the famous Mall Road, Kempty Falls, Gun Hill. One can get a beautiful glimpse of the Himalayan foothills which throng the surroundings of the city. New Tehri

This place came into prominence after the construction of the Tehri Dam. One of the largest dams in the world, tourists visit this place to witness the beautiful lake created by the dam. Located at a distance of 70 kilometers this city is easily approachable. You can easily reach this scenic place via taxi or tourist coach from Rishikesh and reach within 2 and half hours' time.

Devaprayag

This holy place is the joining or sangam of two rivers Bhagirathi and Alaknanda giving birth to the sacred Ganges River which makes its way down from the mountains, through the plains taking many other rivers with it into the Bay of Bengal. A place of sacred importance in Hinduism, the sight of the rivers confluence with each other is something from which one cannot move their eyes away. This is interlinked pilgrimage place with Rishikesh and that is why daily several taxis and group of buses leave for tour. In 1 and half hours time span you can reach the destination from Rishikesh in luxury buses. Tickets are required to be booked in advance.

Dhanaulti

A quiet hill station located on the way to Mussoorie, it is surrounded by beautiful forested areas having trees of different types. The amazing weather and quiet atmosphere gives you peace and tranquility. To take a trip from Rishikesh you need to book tickets for this beautiful place as it is located at a distance of 105 Kms which will take almost 3 and half hours to reach. Tourist generally prefers a night stay here because of long journey.

Chamba

Situated on a 58 kilometers drive away from Rishikesh, this amazing spot provides an ideal view of the snow-covered Himalayan range, the highest mountain range in the world which is why it is a great tourist spot and is must-visit destination.
